The MVPro Educator™ Designation includes two tracks. The Industry Educator track allows real estate and lending professionals to educate housing industry audiences. The Community Educator track allows HUD-Certified housing counseling professionals to educate the military-connected community. Professionals seeking to become VAREP Educators must first earn the applicable MVPro™ Designation aligned with their career path and then apply for the MVPro Educator™ track.
The MVPro Lender™ Designation Track empowers Mortgage Lending Professionals to competently serve Military-Connected Communities. Initial coursework includes Military & Veteran Lender Certification (MVLC), Surviving Spouse Housing Specialist (SSHS), PCS: Know Your Orders (PCS), Fair Housing, and SCRA, along with Exam Prep and the MVPro Designation Exam. To maintain an active designation, MVPro Lender Designees must be a VAREP National Core Member with an active Housing Professional Subscription, complete two CE courses annually, and pass a recertification exam every three years. Agents may also opt into the annual MVPro National Consumer Database subscription, increasing visibility within the military-connected community.

To ensure professional and regulatory integrity, the MVPro™ Counselor and MVEC – Community tracks are limited to HUD-Certified Housing Counselors. MVPro™ complements the HUD Housing Counseling Certification, enhancing an existing counselor credential with military cultural competency, VA housing program knowledge, and standards for responsible public and community education.
