USA Homeownership Foundation, Inc. DBA VAREP
A 501(c)(3) nonprofit and HUD-Certified Housing Counseling Agency, VAREP fosters sustainable homeownership nationwide through education, counseling, financial coaching, lending, and community development. While serving all communities, our primary focus is assisting veterans, servicemembers, and surviving spouses in achieving financial stability, housing security, sustainable homeownership, economic opportunity, and VA loan access.
Veteran Economic & Housing Outreach Centers (VEHOC)
Veteran Economic & Housing Outreach Centers (VEHOC) – VEHOCs bring all of VAREP’s programs and services under one umbrella, offered in-person or virtually, including HUD-certified financial and housing counseling, foreclosure and homelessness prevention, VA home loan case management, workforce development, and small business support.
USA Homeownership Realty
Operating under the USA Homeownership Foundation, this service acts as a reciprocal referral brokerage, dedicated to supporting the housing needs of veterans and servicemembers.
VALOR MORTGAGE GROUP
Operating under the USA Homeownership Foundation, Valor Mortgage Group is designed to support and advance the USA/VAREP mission by providing essential financial resources and lending solutions.
MVP Heroes Housing Network
Operating under the USA Homeownership Foundation, the MVP Heroes Housing Network connects veterans, servicemembers, and community heroes with trusted real estate and lending professionals. Through the Real Rewards program, these heroes may receive potential savings and tailored support to meet their housing needs, ensuring access to secure and stable homeownership.
VAREP Training Institute
The VAREP Training Institute is the education arm of VAREP, offering certifications, workshops, continuing education, and digital courses such as MVHC, MVLC, DTS, SCRA, MLA, and MVCC. It partners with VAREP Chapters to deliver local education, works with the HUD Counseling Department to host resource fairs on careers, business, homebuying, and foreclosure prevention, and collaborates with VAREP partners to fulfill MOU-based education requirements.
MVP Insurance Services, Inc.
Administered by Lockton Affinity, and in partnership with VAREP, MVP United Insurance provides property, casualty, and commercial insurance for VAREP members, veterans, and servicemembers.
